Sara Zeidan leads Agriculture & Sustainability for the East Zone at Kraft Heinz and is based in Amsterdam. With nearly six years at Kraft Heinz and earlier experience at Danone, she develops and implements strategies to advance regenerative agriculture, waste reduction and sustainable sourcing across the company’s supply chains. Sara also oversees direct‑sourcing programs of the tomato supply chain, partnering directly with growers to prioritize livelihoods while scaling practices that improve resource efficiency and long‑term resilience.
Outside of Kraft Heinz, Sara chairs the board of Wildmon.ai, a nonprofit that leverages AI and scalable technology to monitor biodiversity and support conservation interventions.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Agriculture from McGill University and brings extensive experience in procurement, sustainability and agricultural programs across the fast‑moving consumer goods sector.
