Nemanja Danilovic Founder at Electrochemical Device Startup, Principal at Danilovic Consulting

Nemanja Danilovic is an electrochemist and materials engineer, and the founder of a stealth-mode electrochemical device company. Nem is also the principal of Danilovic Consulting, where he provides fractional technical leadership, technical startup guidance, and electrochemical science and technology advising to energy technology companies and their investors.

Nem has worked on electrochemical energy conversion materials and devices at Argonne National Laboratory, Proton OnSite, and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, where he served in leadership roles in two DOE consortia, H2NEW and HydroGEN, before joining Electric Hydrogen as Director of Cell Technology. He is best known for his work on oxygen evolution catalysis and iridium-based oxides, where the activity-stability trade-offs set precious metal loading, and for translating that science into the design, development, and deployment of MW-scale electrolyzers at Electric Hydrogen.
