Lisa Neuberger Fernandez is a Managing Director at Accenture leading Strategy and Innovation for Corporate Citizenship. She oversees global teams and networks spanning 50 countries tackling environmental and societal challenges with scalable frontier technologies and actionable insights such as the 2020 Social Innovators Guidebook, Inclusive Future of Work: A Call to Action, and New Skills Now.

A lifelong social innovator, Lisa has an extensive track record managing diverse, cross-functional teams to launch high impact models such as Accenture’s Social Innovators Accelerator, the company’s first Sustainability Services practice for the telecom sector, an NGO consulting spin-off New Sector Alliance, and a patented SROI method Public Service Value.

Lisa has graduate degrees from Wharton Business School and Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts. She enjoys sunshine, tennis and biking with her family in Florida.
