Adolfo Ferrer Jaime started his edtech journey when he was 10 years old participating in robotics competitions. Since then, Adolfo has been involved in STEAM projects, competitions and challenges. In 2014, he started a project in Mexico City called LIKS.CO, an educational enterprise that develops Science and Technology experiences for kids between 4 and 18 years old through STEAM and Maker education. This project has become a school that has the objective to develop a Maker Mindset for all kids and youth.

In 2015, Adolfo coached Moonbots, a team of three girls that won the Google Lunar XPRIZE youth challenge competing against over 300 teams from all over the world. In 2016, American filmmaker J.J. Abrams and Academy Award®-winning director Orlando von Einsiedel featured their story through a documentary episode called Moon Shot | Mexico: Moonbots.

Adolfo is a Business and IT Engineer from the Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus State of Mexico and a true believer that education is the key to developing a positive impact in the world. In 2018, Adolfo received the National Award for Entrepreneurship from Mexico’s former president Enrique Peña Nieto.
