Ariana is an Advancement Specialist at XPRIZE, part of the Advancement Team. She is responsible for the donor experience and stewardship at XPRIZE. There she concentrates on fundraising including donor outreach, prospecting, managing donor portfolios, and ensuring donors have a stellar experience collaborating with XPRIZE.

Prior to working at XPRIZE, Ariana had experience partnering with non-profit groups for the last 10 years. She began her journey in charitable work with Meals on Wheels, from there she became a Coordinator of Volunteers to a Public Relations Manager for various organizations. After 5 years of working in corporate banking, Ariana decided to pivot towards giving back to her local community, taking on nonprofit experience full time and turning her passion and hobby into a full-fledged career. At XPRIZE, she wants to use her wealth of experience making small scale impact on a global scale for marginalized voices around the world.  

In her free time, Ariana loves international cuisine, music festivals and reading.
