Through her leadership at GFN, she helped distribute over 3 billion pounds of food, providing nutritious meals to millions of food-insecure individuals. Her work in food loss and waste prevention has been crucial in preserving the nutritional value of rescued food, and ensuring that vulnerable populations receive high-quality, nutrient-dense meals.
